Drop-Off Service
You can also bring your appliance to us if you are outside of our service area.
Simple Pricing
Standard evaluation fee is $95, which will go towards the cost of repair. $49 for each additional appliance.
We quote directly from our price list for your repair before any work is performed.
Cost of Repair Too High?
Use your assessment fee towards the purchase of an appliance at our store.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office before 5:00 PM the day before your appointment. Leave a voice message if you can’t reach us. You will be charged the evaluation fee for same-day cancellations and missed appointments.
90-Day Warranty
Serving the Shreveport - Bossier City area, we try hard to be there quickly and on time. With each repair, we will also do a thorough check of the entire appliance to inform you of any other possible issues in the future. Our repairs are warrantied for 90 days.
