In-Home appliance repair
We service most residential kitchen and laundry appliances. All repairs come with a 90 Day Warranty - if there are any issues with your appliance after the initial repair, you would only be responsible for the cost of any additional parts needed.
in-shop appliance repair
For our customers that are just a bit outside of our service area, we have a full service shop that you can bring your appliance to. We provide the same 90 Day Warranty for repairs, as we do for in-home repairs. We do require you to bring them back, if they are still under warranty.
dryer vent cleaning
The most common issue with underperforming, or damaged, dryers is poor external venting. We provide dryer vent cleaning services to help alleviate any nagging problems with dryers that take too long to dry.
appliance Installation
We install all appliances that we sell at our location. We can also assist in helping you install appliances that were not purchased from us. If you need us to install something that was not purchased from our shop, we generally ask that it be available at your home before we arrive - we will then offer a free quote to install your appliance. We typically do not install appliances on the day we offer the quote.
appliance Removal
If you have an appliance that you are trying to get rid of, we will remove it from your property for free as a courtesy, so that we can use it as an opportunity to train new technicians. All we ask is that it is left in the garage, or carport, for prompt removal. We do charge additional fees for uninstalling appliances.
appliance delivery
If you would prefer to install an appliance purchased from us on your own, we would be happy to deliver it to you for free. If you are outside of our service area, we will typically deliver up 25 miles from our location with additional fees. We can also help you move appliances to a new location, if that is something you need help with.

Serving the Shreveport - Bossier City area, we try hard to be there quickly and on time. With each repair, we will also do a thorough check of the entire appliance to inform you of any other possible issues in the future. Our repairs are warrantied for 90 days. |
