We come to you
Nearly every repair we do happens at your house. A tech comes out anywhere within 12 miles of our shop on 630 Airport Dr — refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, anything plumbed, vented or too heavy to move. He diagnoses it in front of you and quotes it before any work starts.
Brands we work on
All the major brands, and the premium lines — Speed Queen and U-Line included. There are a handful we don't take on at all, and we'll tell you that on the phone, before anyone drives out. On the rare one we can't source parts for, you get a discount on the evaluation.
Live outside our 12 miles? You can still get fixed up by bringing the appliance to us — we're set up to receive one any time we're open. Delivery and installation are available for a charge, and hauling the old unit away is part of the install: same trip, same crew.
What to expect
You call, we book it
Tell us the appliance and where you are, and we'll get you a window. You don't need to explain the problem over the phone — our techs want to hear it straight from you.
A tech comes out
Our techs diagnose it at your house, where they can see and hear what it's actually doing. There's a flat evaluation fee — a little higher for off-brand appliances, discounted if you brought it to the shop — and it always goes toward the repair.
You get a straight number
If the repair costs more than the appliance is worth, we say so. We'd rather tell you that than take the job.
